When I created Wellspring, I made a deliberate choice about how to grow.

I could have advertised. I could have placed my products on supermarket shelves. But Wellspring formulations aren’t impulse purchases — they are carefully crafted solutions to real needs. They deserve a proper introduction, from someone who actually uses them, believes in them, and understands what they can do.

That’s why I created the Consultant model. No hard sells. No quotas. No pressure. Just real people sharing products they trust — and being rewarded fairly for doing so.

The structure is simple. As a Consultant you share Wellspring within your own circle and earn 20% commission on every sale. If you feel called to grow further, you can become an Advocate — mentoring others and earning an additional 5% on their sales.

Two stages. Clear rewards. Complete integrity.

I believe that growth is more meaningful when it’s shared. When Wellspring succeeds, the people who helped build that success should succeed too.

This is how “I” becomes “we.”

Being a Consultant

Every Wellspring journey begins here.

As a Consultant you introduce products to people in your own circle — friends, colleagues, fellow athletes, anyone whose life might be enhanced by what Wellspring offers. You earn 20% commission on every sale you generate.

No quotas. No pressure. Just genuine sharing, fairly rewarded.

When you feel ready to grow a team around you, you can apply to become an Advocate.

Wellspring products don’t need selling — they need introducing.
Every formulation in our range is designed to solve a real problem for a real person. Your role as a consultant is simply to notice when someone has a need, and offer them the opportunity to try something that might help.
We have two core ranges:
For the Active — designed to restore comfort and ease of movement for people who refuse to let physical niggles slow them down.
For the Vital — revitalising rituals that enhance radiance and energy for people who want to look and feel vibrantly alive at any age.
When the right product meets the right person, it becomes its own best advocate. Your job is simply to make the introduction. 🌿

Here’s something worth understanding about Wellspring products — people don’t try them once and move on. They make them part of their daily life.

Whether it’s the morning ritual of Dawn Radiance, the evening comfort of Wellflex Relief after training, or the daily commitment to brain vitality — these are products people reach for again and again.

That matters for you as a Consultant because it means your income doesn’t stop when a sale does. When someone you introduced to Wellspring reorders next month — and the month after — you earn your commission each time.

How it works
Commissions are calculated on the product price excluding GST. On a $100 purchase, the referring Consultant earns $20. If that Consultant is mentored by an Advocate, the Advocate earns an additional $5.
A real example
Imagine an Advocate who maintains $1,000 in personal monthly sales and mentors a team generating $10,000 in combined monthly sales:

  • Personal Reward: $200
  • Mentorship Reward: $500
  • Total Monthly Earnings: $700

This is what steady, values-aligned growth looks like in practice. 🌿

When you introduce someone to Wellspring, that relationship is yours — permanently.

We call this the Original Referrer Principle. It means that once a client makes their first purchase through your recommendation, they are linked to you in our system forever. Whether they reorder next month or return after two years, you earn your commission every time.

No exceptions. No expiry date.

We built it this way deliberately. We want you to focus entirely on being a genuine guide to your clients — not on worrying whether someone else might claim the relationship you worked to build.
