ORDERS & SHIPPING
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 days once shipped.
We currently ship throughout New Zealand. We are working toward expanding our reach to include international shipping in the near future.
If your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 14 days so we can resolve it for you. For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products.
Please email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. Our team will prioritize a resolution and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
